Never thought about this as a snack or vegetable until I had it. Just heat up a deep frier for about 10 minutes so it is nice and hot. Then place the quantity of spinach you want in the oil. Be careful to use some thongs and not your hands. The grease will rise up momentarily and could cause burns. Leave the spinach cook for about 3 to 5 minutes until crisp. Serve with meat of your choice or let dry and serve as a snack.
